Shipping
We ship orders only on Mondays and Wednesdays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (EST) on Wednesday will ship the following Monday.
All orders are packed with food-grade, insulated packaging and gel packs to keep your Cake Cups cold and safe during transit. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
Please have someone available to receive the delivery and refrigerate or freeze your Cake Cups promptly.
Food Safety & Shipping
At Wani Cakes, your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. Because our Cake Cups contain dairy, they must be kept cold (40°F or below) at all times.
To ensure freshness and safety, we ship all orders with gel packs designed to maintain the proper temperature throughout the shipping process. We include enough gel packs to keep your cakes cold for the duration of shipping — and for about two hours after delivery.
You will receive delivery updates as your order makes its way to you. Once your package is delivered, it becomes the customer’s responsibility to promptly transfer the Cake Cups into a refrigerator or freezer. We highly recommend that someone be home at the time of delivery to ensure the product is properly stored without delay.
If your order is left out for more than two hours after delivery, we strongly suggest inserting a food thermometer into the product to confirm it is still at or below 40°F, which is the safe temperature for dairy-based items.
Please note: we track every shipment carefully, and Wani Cakes is not responsible for any product damage if the order is delivered within the selected shipping window at checkout.

Storage & Thawing
For the best quality, we recommend enjoying your Cake Cups within 5 days after delivery.
Our Cake Cups also freeze beautifully! To extend shelf life, place any extras in the freezer as soon as possible. Frozen Cake Cups can be stored for up to 3 months.
When ready to enjoy, simply thaw your Cake Cup in the refrigerator for 2 - 3 hours or overnight.
